All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates or provider policies. Travelcord service fees are non-refundable. Refund processing timelines are outside Travelcord’s direct control and depend on the service provider.

5. Visa & Study Abroad Services

Travelcord provides advisory and administrative support only. We do not guarantee visa approval, admission offers, or immigration outcomes. Final decisions are made solely by embassies, consulates, and educational institutions.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and ensure passports and visas are valid. Travelcord is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by clients.
